None of my xes have run them, my late one didn't come with one from the factory either. 99% of cars that have them don't work either..

I wouldn't bother asless its a 100% track car.

I wouldnt bother unless it lives on track.
Its just one more thing to break/start leaking........

Always thought they were useful.

So no point using it on a LET which might see some 40degree temps during summer when it goes to other hotter countries? If thats the case then one less thing to worry about :thumb:

I would on a let, they all came with the let standard. xe is only worth it if its a track car imo

Mine, doesn't have one - it does creep over the half way mark on the temp guage but teh fan stops it going any higher. I'm told that the hotter the engine the more fuel efficient too:thumb:

I would if you'll be using it in a hotter country.

Dont forget a let's got a turbo heating the oil up... So under boost for a while you will see oil temps increase quite quickly....

I wouldnt fit a let without one tbh.

havent got one fitted to my let in oil temps never get that high to be honest, maybe on track but never on road

I prob should fit one back on to mine, but haven't had any probs that i know.

I'll fit one for piece of mind. Don't wanna see the oil temp gauge telling me its getting hot for me to then have the extra agro of fitting one.
