I Did It About 10 Years Ago !! What A Mission It Was !! I Would Strongly Advise Against It As The Paint Becomes Porus After Time And Bubbles Up Get It Done Properly

by the time you buy all the cans and then add some more cash a cheap respray can be afforded.
Unless you are just doing matt black, dont bother. It looks ****e (dull/dry/patchy), and would cost more than buying a cheap compressor and gun and having a go yourself.
You need a LOT of coats to get a decent coverage, and thats a hell of a lot of cans. Its possible to get a good finish, but as said, by the time you've bought all the paint you may as well have got it sprayed properly anyway!

For the price of all the rattle cans you'll get through (and it will be way more than you think), you can buy an air compressor, spray gun and all the cellulose paint you need. While rattle cans are easier in a way, as theres no set up involved, at least if you buy a compressor your moneys not all gone, as you can use it again or sell it on afterwards.

As above with the cost of the rattle cans its just not worth doing a whole car! going on egay you can get cheap compressor etc and get a semi decent job or just save and pay someone else to do it! BUT if you do it with rattle cans get some pics up so we can see!
Roller it. /can o' worms lol

In the end it came out just like a normal sprayjob, but it must of cost him quite a bit for aerosols. and it was hard work aswell.
its all about the preparation and flattening and polishing it.

Nice one, next question would have been about what finish you were aiming for :thumb:

something that looks good aslong as you don't pay too much attention lol because im not going to bother doing a perfect spray job and sorting out all the dents, the original plan was to just drop a 2 litre in it, but someone kindly sprayed certain panels and bumpers with acrylic paint, so i had to redo them...then i decided to do some other things....

I used cellulose, it doesn't need lacquer, you should take it down to primer and key it, otherwise the cellulose can chip off easier
but i now have to spray the bonnet, because it seems a different shade, possibly breeze blue, so it doesn't look right
