bought what was supposed to be a c20xe throttle cable but he sent me some sh1t cable thats less than a foot long ? then after a few unanswered emails all i got is blagging so buyer beware :thumb:

You asked me for a C20XE throttle cable, I sent you a C20XE throttle cable (a brand new one I might add). At no stage did you specify that you needed a particular length of cable.

Interestingly, you completely fail to mention here that I sent you a photo of the cable in question before you paid for it, so you knew exactly what you would be getting.

I am under no obligation to give a refund for goods that were correctly supplied, in accordance with your original request.

TBH mate, 100's of people have delt with colin, and im sure he isnt gonna damage his rep over a throttle cable. if it is your mess up dont blame colin for it.

As said above,i,ve been having parts off colin even an engine for a couple of years now with no problems at all.
He is a top guy who is more than happy to help and always replies to emails more than offten within 5 mins lol,and as martin said i,m more than 100%sure he wouldnt want to damage his selling name over a throttle cable.

You have to consider that colin deals with a wide range of idiots off of ebay constantly, that would not know what a spark plug was if you threw it at them. He must deal with loads of "wrong parts" claims, I had a similar problem and as soon as I had proved it was indeed the wrong part he was quite quick to offer to send out another one.
