How to add pictures?

Hi,
I may be being really stupid but i'm struggling adding attachments (pictures) to this forum, when I start a new thread their isn't the option to "browse" for files to add as attachments, I've got some stuff to sell and I really want to add pictures to the thread,any help would be greatly appreciated!!

you have to have 15 non spaming posts to post pics

You need to have 15 posts before you can add pics - its to cut out spam from spambots.

Its not too hard to get up to 15, although if you're only here to sell then you may want to just email pics to someone who can rehost them for you.
