Everything is good. What lets it down, fuel and oil. Oil usage, isnt all bad, well mine anyway, 1/2- 3/4 ltr every 1000miles, respectable and not much different from any new car really. Service history is high importance, and what oil has been used 5/30 part synthetic or mineral, if owner doesnt know and hasnt had mazda stamps, walk away. Rust spots on rear arches and sills were doors meet.

Money wise, mines a 54 with 31k on it, looking at 8500-9000 for that now, car values have increased over this last year.

I improved fuel comp on mine with custom exhaust and a full AEM cold induction system. Plus lumped on chrome rims.

Cheers for that, cant beleive the oil...... whats it like on fuel ? worse than 250 miles to £45 which the mini tank does?

This has FMSH and is £8500 but he'll take the mini plus £1000 (no more comments please:) )

Yeah i would say so. £55, good run can see you touch 320miles at a push. Same again towning you cold touch 200miles. And spirited driving which it makes you do every ******* time you drive the bloody thing 150miles lol. Also coil packs fail, which in turn cocks the cat. What tyres has it got on it? They play a big part on the Rex. Sure you dont wanna buy mine ;)

Yeah, the rear arch liners are fibre so hold water, and the sills were the doors meet is down to impact.

PHAIL

Its CAN, not canbus :wall: :p

and it reduces loom complexity as you only need to 3-4 wires to stuff (power, ground, can h and can l)

Pff lazy typing, and it's supposed to if you do it properly, but apparently the loom in the BMW mini's is absolutely huge. lol
