ideas on how to paint my car

ok so long story short, my cars bodywork is s**t (unfortunately not a nova but my dented and horrible civic)

i have 3 different shades of silver on oneside,
big area of scratches around the car from a sticker removal accident (idiot)
slightly warped panels (dont know but reflections show bad bends)
and just general dead paint.

i dont have the money for an expensive respray and nor is the car worth it, and to be honest if i did get it painted i would turn into a freak and guard it with my life (or crash it and cry)

the origonal idea was to rattle can paint my car. satin black doesnt look to bad if you spend a lot of time and effort on it, but i want something different, something stupid.

some guy from around my area, bought a golf where the front arches are covered in monopoly money, the guy who did it bought loads of monopoly money of ebay and glued them to the car, as in just randomly stuck them on all over the place so theres no gaps and no structure to it, and then coat of laquer over the top so even when you touch it you can barely feel the edges of the money.

other ideas include newspapering the car, just sheet after sheet then laquer.

also playing cards all over the car. also on the idea list is wallpaper, christmas wrapping paper,

i would love to do my whole car and not just the arches, but dont want to be a copy cat.

so anyone any ideas on how do something funny with my paint or cover the car in some way?

also price, as i said i dont have to much moneys so looking a 100 budget for materials.

any ideas taken seriously, except stupid rat look and covering the car in porn.

i was gonna say, cover it in vynil. looks good in some cases. and the materials are probably cheap. but applying it is expensive

im sure you could get some filler and a random colour in spray cans and do the car each panal a differant colour :d

fill in the dents and attempt spraying yourself with cans (shouldnt cost too much if roof, and some other panels dont need doing). a dull silver look will look a million times better than any crap you are thinking about doing, imo :)

laquering over news paper will make the run i think, as its a civic maybe covering it in 'fairy' labels would be appropriate

gripmaster 5000, which is ironic as they are some of the worst steelie cheap tyre combo in the world, gave me a few brown pant moments even during general driving,.

one of the other tyres has cock written on it. (neither of them was me that done it)


i wanted to paint it myself, but seems alot of work.
the parts that look dented in that picture arent really dents as apposed to general warped panels i think. just the reflections show it off really bad.
only the one below the window above the backwheel is quite a nasty dent which may come out with a hammer.
its the passanger side that is really bad.

There was a guy up here in a ****ter of a mk1 clio. He painted every panel on his car in a different colour of flourescent paint. Bonnet was pink, doors were yellow, boot was orange...... you get the picture lol

The dude on Fast Car has done it with comic strip, just the front wing. The rest of the car is satin black I think.
