does it need a special socket as i use a multi hex 10mm socket and it fits but alot of play there, and dont fancy tighting it up and rounding them off?

there is a recess on the uderside of the bolt, gives it more surface area to sit on mate

some engines already are (i've seen 2 astra mk3 c20xe engines that didnt need countersinking) but you should check.
