going to view this house as i hate where we are i cant do anything without neighbours complaining as i work on cars on the drive,
the interior needs a good decorate which isnt a lot but check the garage and rear garden out its ideal for me

very nice mate,
things like the wall can be done over a period of time its not really essential,
looks a good deal there mate. houses like that in my area go for anything between 100k and 120k...
go for it :thumb:
lol go for it mate. could do with new front door as well . cant wait till i buy my first house

this is my first as the one im in is council but they want £50k for it and it needs £20k spending on it and there is no rear garden access so i may aswell go for this instead plus i can build another mini garage behind that garage for lawn mower car bits ect, and my series 1 will go on the spit in that garage fine with good roof clearance
Looks a good one but make sure you get it thoroughly checked out before you commit i would say thats a little cheap im sure there is some form of 'hpi' type check you can have done, which if you dont do and find the house has subsidance for example in a few years time, you dont have a leg to stand on insurancewise.
Boring bit out the way, look at the size of the garage man, thats a few projects in there, plus parking round the corner of the drive (behind the house) and a few spaces down the drive too :thumb:

cheers for the heads up spud, and yeah i can easily tuck a few novas down the side lol,
once ive sorted my nova cabriolet then i will start the series 1 then its time for a 3dr cosworth i think or an escos:thumb:
also i will need to find a surveyor as its built in a old pit village so chance of subsidence will be pretty high i would of thought, and its not too far from blue pegs house:thumb:

fook me lucky to buy a garage or parking space in bristol for that!
get those chuffing conifers ripped out as soon as you move in, they are the work of the devil...... you will double your garden area by getting rid....

£79,950 for a 3 bedroom semi?! thats well good, around here it would cost around 150,000 - 2,000,000,000 (think i added a few extra 0's lol)

That would be £180,000 upwards here!
Get the fooker bought!
Thats a steal, I bet someone has spent that on a nova before now!
The North FTW.
As said mate, if all checks out with the pit shaft locations, subsidance etc. then jump on it. Seems a very sweet deal!

A survey means sweet FA!
If they get it wrong, no comeback!
Also, if they quote anything wrong, you have to tell your house insuance company!
And then there quote will go through the ceiling, upstairs floor, out the upstairs ceiling, through the roof, making its way through the clouds, out of the atmosphere, and then your fcked!
