2x amps and xe oil cooler

hi there, have for sale legacy 1200w amplify, when its all connected up it just has a red light on and dosnt produce any sound. could be fixed if you know how to do so. bars light up blue on top of it.

works fine but for some reason has a slight tickety sound when theres a bass note.
