yale lock, cant reassemble! help folks :(

alreet chaps, well mother bear has been banging on at me to sort the lock, so got up this morning took it off the door and cracked on, now i cant get it back together!

my problem lies in the spring tension, i cant get it to work, is anyone pretty cosy with yale locks? help is possible, i want to avoid going purchasing another!

Cylinder, mortice or rim lock.

Must be mortice as you cant seperate cylinders and rims are old hat.

post up some pics if you've not done it yet and I'll help you out.
