adapter plate for weber 32/24 carb

I am in need of a adapter plate for the weber carb,

also a panel filter for the top and maybe a filter plate as the one i got is'nt brilliant:(

Also if anyone knows where to get service kits for the weber 32/34 carb, i will have rep waiting:p
