changing cams

is changing a cam easy, could i do it myself or would i fuck it, anyone got a guide or something?

if you buy a KIT as apposed to JUST a cam, itll come with all the instructions

i could scan in the pages i got with my kent cam if you want? its simple enough task......

you can do it either in situ on the car, or remove the head and cam carier and do it on a bench.
