its a late engine, in a mk4 astra van with the electronic bosch pump on. how far can i go with the boost, and what do they actually run as standard?
tbh ive never played with a turbo before, which way do i adjust it? lol

well thats ghey. my boss is a diesel specialist and he reckons fitting one of his tuning boxes will easily see an extra 20bhp. might have to sell up and get a dti or something once ive finished the head gasket, its painfully slow.

well he reckons hes looked in his 'DPT book' and it should see an extra 20-ish brake. i shall have to inquire because if i cant do anything with it its gonna have to go and il get one with more poke lol its agonising.
try this.. get your boss to do the tuning box on a sale or return basis.. then once you've fixed the head & before you've tuned it, measure its acceleration/speed at a known landmark (cheaper than a RR unless your boss has one of them too) then stick the box on & try the acceleration/speed test again.. you will soon find out if it is any good....
Staxton Hill will test for sure Stagg lol
You should have bought a Cav TD mate lol,im waiting for my bleed valve and boost gauge to turn up then i will be running daft psi in mine lol
