Whats the deal with the rear seats?

How different are they to normal/split rears from a hatch?

do they fit with a bit of elbow grease?

they do kinda fit but not properly.

the loon seat is a one piece jobby and has a slightly different shape i dont personally see the pointin fitting splits due to the metal frame behind the seat. Personally, you would be better off re trimming the std seat. it will fitbetter and look like its ment to be there, as opposed to bodged in place.

Totally agree - Just that the interiors are all poop in the saloons - out of interest what to retrimmers charge for a rear seat?

I've got 4dr rear seats in the back of my 2dr, whilst the back fits, the bottom doesn't really lol

I can get a pic if needed. The trim isn't too bad, its a kinda velour grey with black squares, matches up to my front Rercaros quite well.

if you cut the bulkhead out and fit all the split seat brackets including the front hinge brackets then they will go straight in lol

why not re-trim the saloon seat yourself?

I forgot to get a pic of the corners of the base cushion to show the fit, but in my defence I was being rained on. Excuse the crappy painted rear cards, they're coming out for some GSi ones. lol

ive got burberry seats front and back. the rears fit well, ive jus made up some metal fixings to hold the bottom parts in place, the top parts are jus sat there!
