Hard to say from a pic taken that close up, you could use a fisheye lens and the entire car would look wonky. In fact to me if anything the OS wheel looks off, as you can see more of the inside of it. If you're worried about it get someone to look at it.

If the wheels arent pointing dead on then your tracking is out or something is bent

On the O/S looks like the tyre is wearing on the inner edge. Get your tracking looked at.

All done now, new trackrod was needed and i went and got the tracking done aswell
