Due to getting a new job which means i have to cover alot more miles i am regretfully selling my nova. It has MOT until the end of april and will be sold with 6 months tax. It has only covered 68,000 miles from new and had an engine change 4,000 miles ago. I have owned the car for the last 3 years and it really is mint!
It started life as a standard 1.2 luxe and has been modified by me and other mechanics to what it is today. It has also had 2 independant engineers reports to say the work has been carried out to a very good standard.
I am after £2000, but feel free to make me an offer. The price includes having the rear 3 windows professionally tinted in a colour of the buyers choice if wanted.
Engine = 1.6 E16se, fully rebuilt including new cambelt, clutch, reconditioned injectors and it has a FSE power boost valve, 4-1 manifold and stainless steel mongoose exhaust with a 3.5" tailpipe. it has been wired in properly and has ran spot on for the last 4,000 miles and has not used a drop of oil or water. It has just been serviced again today.
Bodywork = had a full respray in flame red with new arch repair panels welded in and some rust on the front valance cut out and welded up this was all done profesionally and work can be seen in my project thread i also have step by step pics from the bodyshop. The door locks were removed and the boot had the grab handle removed. It has a smoothed gsi front bumper, smoothed rear bumper, novadose side skirts, delocked, dtm mirrors, badboy bonnet with astra gsi vents and meshed grill, euro rear cluster and mk4 astra side reps. No cracks or rust on the bodywork at all.
Suspension and brakes = lowered -60mm on Gmax springs which were new last year and BDGE dampers. Can come with coil overs if preferred. It has 2L ATE brakes and goodridge braided hoses (RED DOT fast road pads and grooved disks can be included in the sale)
Wheels = All wheel bearings have been changed in the last year, cesaro rims repainted professionally in gloss black with 195/45 tyres rear 2 have alot of tread and the fronts are okay.
Interior = Autotechnica bucket seats that have hardly been sat on, i bought them new (4,000 miles ago) and have always had covers on them, momo steering wheel, tvr indicator/wiper stalks, retrimmed doorcards, sparco gearnob, alloy handbrake cover, sri dials, rear has been stripped out with a custom made sub box fibreglassed in the spare wheel well and a false floor retrimmed in black vinyl, the sides are also retrimmed in black vinyl and red suede. Also has electric windows and central locking.
Ice/security = Toad Ai606 alarm & immobiliser, JVC usb cd player, Vibe components in the doorcards and a JL sub running off of an alpine digital amp in the rear.
This car really has been cherished and has been in many top stands at car shows, was in park and pose at PVS show earlier this year with interest from Total Vauxhall regarding featuring the car now it is finished.
