how do you fit g-max lowering springs and shocks

simply get the old ones off & fit the new ones..

you will need a decent jack, some axle stands, a socket set, and a hammer. a full set is about an hours work to fit...

then get its tracking checked because the wheels will not point straight.

buy some GAZ

fit and bolt up new items. simples

easy cos the topmounts are on them already.
jack your car up either do 1 side at a time or both whatever you want.
1. wheels off
2. take the bolts of that go through the bottom of the shock/hub
3.take the 2 13mm off the top mounts from inside the engine bay
with me so far

now im all for new learners, and i wish you the best. but have a read through the guides, and watch videos on youtube, i found some very good videos when i learned how to my suspension. and dont rush it. mowgli says about an hour, which woudl be rushing imo.

just take it easy. i done my whole set in a day. but i had to compress the springs. which you dont have to do.

so simply take of the front, which is 4 bolts. and the rears are 2 bolts. each side that is

You say you're going to college, i assume car mechanics, but surely you should learn to do the stuff you want to do than try it straight away and possibly mess up the car, especially a minter like this one.

Fair play for wanting to do it though, but if i was you i'd wait and learn the things you wanna do first, because when you say you want to build a rally car, but put threads up like how do you wire in a head unit or change suspension, it's not a good sign.
