rear springs (track car )

howdy im looking for ideas on what rear springs to use for my track car.
i have spax adjustable shocks and springs on the rear just now so just looking for some stiffer springs :thumb:

What poundage are you running on the rear now?
Also what poundage are you running on the front?

no idea dar.rear ones are spax rsx ones not sure what poundage they are
erm and the front are cut sierra cossie ones (i know my bad) but had to use something

Difficult to give good advice then. However if the rears are standard poundage then they will be around 150lb (Thats what AVO supply anyway).

I would up the spring rates a little at a time until your happy with the handling of the car. I usually go up by 50lb. So my first set of rear springs were 200lb.
