no what i did in the end was stick another filter on the end of the exhaust it catches all the soot and **** lol

one night i was at my dads having a barbie & we smelt something like burning oil followed by a chugging noise. 2 lads were in a mk2 astra that was obviously way too full of oil coming up the lane. they stopped outside & one of them told the other to put some more oil in cos the light was still on on the dash...
my dad looked at me & said 'fook it, if they're that thick, let them get on with it.....'

quality mate funny as but you should really try a new gasket and some gasket sealer :)

make sure you use proper sealer and not your every day sealer which i have seen some t!ts use
