Right, this occured to me earlier....

We're now at 59 reg. So what happens next year?

10 > 11 reg? 60 > 61 reg?

Or does it go back to letters again? Its not asif it can start back at 01 again really is it.

This will make the older prefix plate even better IMO. This new (current) crap is rubbish. Also suffix plates even more FTW. lol
