2.0 8v conversion

does anyone know any good books/websites/online guides with reference to a 2.0 8v conversion please? realise this has probably been asked loads but a me and a mate are weighing up the pros and cons of doin it as he has the engine in a rear shunted cav.

if it is on valvers.com and staring me in the face then can someone please tell me
