I have a old kenwood tape headunit in mine lol anyway I bought one of these CLICKYCLICKY (http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/kenwood-kcaip301v-ipod-iphone-video-direct-adapter-lead-p-9705.html) They work fine, only thing they don't do is charge your phone.

I've just researched the same thing this weekend, and fitted an Alpine CDE-104 BTi into my Astra yesterday. It does everything, charges the iPod and iPhone, plays music from iPhone and uses the radio to search thru your music. The iPod lead goes in the back and you can put the connector in the glove box or a cubby hole so no messy cable going to the iPod. Also has excellent bluetooth that pauses the music when making a call etc!!
I got if for £207 delivered from Dynamic Sounds with the steering control adapters for my Astra, totally awesome piece of kit!!

Hi,
I'd agree with Geordie-Chris, he beat me to it by recommending the 104 BTI,absolutely amazing head-unit, uses Parrot's Software who are market leaders in the Bluetooth Handsfree Car Kits, full high speed i-phone music control from the head-unit also.
