i would do it your self start with the back there easy to do.

you will need some spring compress clamps (hire or buy them ) for the front just get a nova haynes bible you can't go wrong if not ill do them one weekend

I tried hiring them, aparently no hire shop in the country hires them out anymore cos of the safety aspect i.e. them coming off and causing injury. I found someone who had some and borrowed his (cheers rob :) )

spring clamps are only ?20 from halfords!

you'll need a torque wrench for the fronts (if you wanna do it properly that is!)
