In all seriousness, If you spend time on polishing and 'smartening - up' the car with subtle mods it will look better than a crazy kit.
Like this.....

What was wrong with the Gte? If you wanted to sell it to get a new car, why did you go for a smaller engined nova?
Jim
that looks really smart considering the age. Flushed boot too! (these are slowly growing on me - its painful  )
:D
Polish, sort out disconnected rear bumper (last pic suggests thats been done!), 60mm drop and 15's and it'll be a looker!
Cannae believe theses hardly any rust, especially behind the bumper - I dont have that metal "strip" in that pic - its kind of "missing" - presumed rusted away! (since cleaned up)
IMO leave vynal off car except add a bit on the B piller to make the windows all one - seeing as how its got the SR surrounds.
Happy B'day (by the way!)

unscrew one side of the bumper so you can remove the rubber stopper, bend the bumper in and work out how much you need to cut off the rubber, then get screws that will be short enough but strong enough to hold it tight. screw it all back together and it should pull the bumper closer to the body. repeat on other side.

cant tell u that lol

Chocolate brown.
Went to see it today with PhilM and gave it the once over. The rear arches have been lipped, not the best job i've ever seen but not bad. All the usual places for rust seem quite good. No factory sunroof and the paint though sound is very dull. All in all a good looking project car but will need some minor bodywork and fresh paint to bring it up to scratch.
Nothing we can't sort out quite easily by putting some time into it.
