Intercoolers

im looking at an intercooler for the nova been looking at frontera but told they cant handle 300bhp??

problem is the intercooler i need has to be less than 600mm wide to fit with the hose in my nova or have the ports coming out the rear like so..

anyone used one of these intercoolers??^^

depends on what psi really,

i know my frontera one will take 21psi easy

i have phase 3.5 so could be upto 21psi i guess :)

Frontera will be ok for what you need

Forge do a few FMIC less than 600mm, you can also design your own so you know it will fit 100% spot on and will no doubt be more efficient than the frontera item. Custom forge item around that size for myne was £300.

also consider the ones on ebay, to be fair theyre not bad quality IME, i have a few, as do some of my mates, and never had any problems with them spliting, leaking etc etc

Good point, sure Benn got an ok one from the bay! aslong as you can keep an eye on ACT's you should be ok, as a gauge will soon tell you if the cooler is giving you adequete cooling.
