1.7TD nova

,... when converting your nova from 1.5 to 1.7 td what do you do about the inlet??

i would like to run standard air box and that but am guessing i cant use the 1500 manifold as the boost pipe bolts on in a different place!

my only option really is to use 1500 manifold and cut and weld the 1500 flange to the 1700 boost pipe?? (the 1.7 is a wider pipe, am i right?)

obiviously i cant just use the astra/cavalier manifold because the induction branch comes out on the left rather than the right


Have any of you guys done this i have no idea what to do??

I really want to use the standard air box aswell !!!

why are you so bothered about the standard air box. throw the in the bin and get and aftermarket filter on ther

i had one but i prefere the standard look, plus a aftemarket filter sounds very loud!
