gotr me wondering! if i take out the fuse for the speed limiter on my works truck do you think it will give me the same effect?????
then it will show my speed on my tachograph so i better not lmao lmao

no...... and it is a well known fact how to fiddle tachos..........
ps. i've have a g plate leyland roadtrain 4x2 tractor unit & a scania 143 v8 6x2 unit off the clock in my time...... the leyland was pulling a loaded tipper trailer at the time.

ok, it is a wheelie truck.. so the front end is ridiculously light and the 'wing' will be weighted.. and then it has a big engine & an auto box. some wheelie trucks actually have tanks filled with mercury or similar

the average bodge on a tacho is very simple. & you don't touch the tacho head to do it. only fools do & even though i've never ever done it myself, i have removed them from vehicles our firm has owned.
there is a very simple way of doing it & if you can't work it out, then i'm not going to publically announce how it is done.
