yes
Nope, its like trying to fit the dash out of an articulated wagin into a fiat 126, it just aint gonna happen as the mk2 is so much wider than a mk1:thumb:
Lie mode : Off!
like a glove.
if your putting mk2 into a mk1, good on you sir. and all the plugs need chopping, but should wire straight onto the mk2 plugs

as above realy yes it would fit but you have to mod the wiring plugs to make the mk2 fit a mk1 and vice versa
like a glove.

Fail, wrong way round
Yes it will fit, but why would you want to? The Mk1 dash is only good as a wheel chock.

Yes they fit.
MK1 dash = lighter ;) I've solid mounts on mine and the dash only slightly rattles when in traffic. I don't notice when driving as the whole car fecking rattles at speed lol
^^ LOL
got the old chopped down dustbin dash :( its like looking at a piece of flat grey cardboard :( got the rattles aswell lol people say whats rattling, im like yeah thats either the glove box or my rev counter there, then they say does thatwork?? lol well its idling at 750rpm so i think so (durrr) lol. normallys stops if you give it a little slap or a stroke haha ;)
