SNAP model?????????????????

does ne1 know nething bout the SNAP model, think they only made 396 of them, only came in white and on a k reg with a 1.2i

also had full GSI bodykit, except the skirts and the GSI wheels 2

it also had turqoiuse SNAP writing down the doors :D

i read sumwhere bout the 396, not sure if its true, only ever seen 1 bout, even the insurance companies dont have it listed, have 2 give them another madel name (they told me 2)

just want sum info on them as i have owned 1 for 4 1/2 years :D

more were made than that the sola is the rerest with only 200 made i think it had leccu sunroof?

snap had colour coded bumpers not gsi ones
sola had a full length electric fabric roof

i almost bought one when i was looking for new car, kind of wish i did as it was rare :( was going cheap as well.

if you have a mk2 look in your hand book, theres pics of it! the eletric operated switch etc.

the switch went above the fusebox where the dash goes inwards and theres that little ledge........

wish i had got it :cry: dropped a 2ltr in it - bit difrent for the shows.......

Ive seen one of them! Different to say the least!! Not overly keen, but would be cool to have! Wouldnt like the roof to need a part though!

reminds me of a citroen 2 cv - at the itme i thought it was cool, almost got it, then i thought it was a bit girly.

and cris wards 1.4 SR came along :twisted:
