heater matrix

doing a corsa conversion , started car, got it up to temp all water pipes are hot apart from the 2 into the matrix and its not blowing hot??

any ideas?

matrix blocked usaully rot from inside out.

have you got a blockage in the matrix , could never get any heat in my old nova ended up taking both pipes off the matrix and ataching a hose pipe to one and turn on the tap , , got a load of crap out of it , was fine after that

yeah done that before and was thinking that with this although it was fine befire hand. probably just because its been sitting a while.

there could be and air lock in it.

thought that too..... now i have tried to get it to temp then release the cap slightly letting air out but still no joy. need a can of petrol and a match
