There are a few on here who have had the misfortune to try fix their cars in the back of my workshop.
Good news! I've actually started gutting it with some help from Jim. First job has been to pull all the ****e out thats accumulated since 1970 when it was built and yes some of the stuff has been there since then! I have been having the most enormous bonfir..... err recycling .....err ....effort which definitely didn't get so intense that it torched the grass bank behind the buidlings (again:roll:)

I will post some pics of the progress. Its been like pulling teeth for my old man. He's now well through his 70's and accumulating all this junk has been his life's work. At one stage he was pulling stuff out of the fir.....err..ahem...the skip faster than we could chuck it in:wtf:

I'm going to underline it and insulate it at the same time so it will at last be light enough to see whats what and we will never have to face finding Dan or Chris T frozen to death in the back of the workshop following an overnighterlol

Oh yes and one other thing - started my nova the other evening;)

It has slowed a little bit Lee, but we always seem to get a quiet period around this time each year. I think people are strapped for cash after spending £xxx on a holiday.

The timing also works out well with Charles' farming schedule.

Burgo, I have vids*...how much to see them? ;)

Jim

*vids of the Nova, not Charlie working me like a bitch lol

lol i thought i had found his mumified corpse at one stage but it turned out to be an old roll of hessian sacking that the mice had been nesting and dying in.

Following on from the vids posted on the first page, there was a slight issue with the fuel pump...it had pretty much given up. A new one was sourced and plumbed in yesterday which allowed CP and MC to fire it up properly.

The video doesn't do the noise justice. Even at moderately low revs it sounds awesome! :d
