Ive just installed it and now have 0 contacts :confused::confused:

have it too, without probs though.

only it looks sh!t, and you need to swap to live mail instead of hotmail.

I had to install it too, reinstalled vista....

Mine survived alright though. Seems strange that yours decided to make it look like you have no friends lol

Had it for ages here, no problems at all. Which I thought was a bit odd as normally MSN updates are buggy as hell to begin with lol

Same, can see who is online through actions: send IM... but that's the only way

me and spudly were chatting on it last night and worked fine.Picture view idear works very well in mine and Spudly honest oppinion lol.

I had MSN Live before...
This is a newer "Live", version 2009 build-14.0.8089.726

I will not be f**king pleased if ive lost every contact!
Going have to fire up the laptop and hope the older msn on that still works and has my contacts in!!!!!

Yeah just a little, its just a lot of f**king about for no reason!

I only opened msn to have a quick 2min chat with someone and ended up using about 200meg of my limited net access, and its still not sorted a day later.

My issue is different, it recognises I have contacts as you can get to them through actions>send IM, but it won;t display them in the msn window. Gets annoying after a while and I usually switch to the laptop when I'm done doing stuff that *has* to be done on the desktop.
