I have some chequer door cards with speaker cut outs.
Been sat in the garage for ages now. also had a boot floor panel but i have plans for that now.

Undecided bout the doors!

Ive got chequer plating in my car, its the flexible plastic stuff but looks real! Is it the same stuff or is it real metal?

If so how much for what size and where from?

doors are "different" - look good though - I always think those cards would look mint on a chrome effect nova (spray whole car in chrome effect paint!!!)

Whitey, i got real aluminium thruout my car, floor mats, and in the boot floor, and on the back of the rear seats in the boot!
Cost me ?25 for
4ftx4ft ask for thin guage cheque plate aluminium or 5 bar alu! its the same stuff, just named different!

Vauxhall 4 cylinder in line multipoint fuel injection 1.4 8v (C14SE)

Pipercross Induction Kit
Cat Removed
Full Ashley Exhaust System with 4-2-1 manifold
Slight Rebore
Grey Injectors
Bilstein b+ headwork
Kent 270 rotation Cam
Td Pulley
Td Cambelt
Td Gearbox
Fully Lightened and balanced bottom end inc flywheel
Superchip (New additon needed to remap fueling)
Tas fuel pump
Tas fuel filter
Fse Power boost valve
Uprated fueling (timing to fit with the cam)

Thats what i remember off the top of my head but the list does go on.

Internals like Big Head bolts etc...... i need to look at my recepts to be honest!!

121bhp at the fly. With it stipped out no rear interior and lightweight buckets it does go reasonably well.

If i continue with this engine, i want low cop pistons, lsd, full engine management bigger inlet with butterfly etc...........

The alloy door plates i bought from a guy in belgium when i went to the Vauxhall/Opel Triffen last year. His car has been fatured in Total Vauxhall since then.
