Pros/Cons of flat flywheel vs pot type.

I preety much know all the pros, Revs easyer, might be slighty better on fuel?

But any cons of fitting a flat flywheel?

Thinking about it on my tigra as the clutch needs changing so, remember its a everyday car that dont get much abuse.
