i sent this guy ?50 for a digidash a good few months back now

took him nearly a month to ship the parts

and the dash that arrived wasnt the one he advertised, was scratched to fuck and had no gearbox sender

i was a bit pissed off - but after being a month out of pocket i couldnt be arsed taking it any further

luckily the SPi sender happened to work perfectly so my seemingly useless digidash with no sender worked after all

its not a laughing matter and although it was only ?12 in this case - thats enough fuel to drive 120 miles or enough to buy 4 macdonalds - it may be nowt to u - but to some folk its a lot of cash

are u seriously suggesting its ok for someone to rip folk off for ?12

Calm down mate! I see your point, but marty is right bout legal action for that amount! It would cost you more.

HOWEVER, anyone ripping people off should be strung up! I rekon a list of users names and possible addresses which rip people of hould be published!

Obviously data protection may be a problem, so names only i suppose! If any one argues, then you can say that it isnt actually them that you are on about! Or change the terms and conditions to match this!

I know items brought on NL are not NL's responsibilty, but it would be nice to see something along the lines of this!

this has actually been suggested before - it wouldnt work... simply because everyone would have to have access to that information for it to be useful and as soon as a ripoff was done by someone all they had to do is change their name.

You dont even have to be registered to post in for sale and wanted anyway.
