just wondering whats the best way to remove the standard bushes from the lower arms and tie bars as im fitting poly bushes
A few options.
you can use a grinder to take off one lip of the rubber and then push them out with either sockets + Gclamp/vice or hammer them out, or make something up with some tube and threaded bar
hammer and bolster takes seconds

Thats what i did :thumb:
I went for pikey method, long bolt with a nut on it pushed into the middle so the nut is up against the centre metal bit, then put it in a vice at funky dangerous angles so the rubber bush isn't clamped into it but the end of the bolt is, then wind it up til it pops out lol

use a press, found it easy, any local machinist would do it for you if you havent got access to one, it takes seconds...
