I dislike the new MSN messenger, but then I am alergic to change. :) The best thing they done was to invent the 'appear offline' function a few versions back. Even better when it still lets you transfer files lol.

wish they would make a bloody new one for mac! the version in use at the moment is bloody awful!...where as i personally think the new version of windows msn is cheep and tacky looking

why do they need to change it when it didnt need changing. when i go to sign in now it doesnt let me. problem with 'key ports' when i go to troubleshoot. so not only does it make me download a ****ty new version of msn i dont want, but it doesnt even let me sign into it!!

lol the troubleshooter is next to useless. It kept telling me my wireless was up the spout when I could happily ssh into my router.

Key ports is another good cop out, forced all the required ports open on the router and client and it still said key ports were unavailable.

i just fixed it. had to go into msconfig and allow all the processes that wlm uses to run. ******* :mad:
