Ok So My Old Ones Are ****ed To Say The Least There A Prezzy For the Scrap Man but even he may not take them as theres more rust on them they would just blow away in the wind any way....

how do i go about getting them off as im not buying the door pin remover as i only need to use it once and alsoim not chopping my bonney stay is there any other free or cheep ways to take them off:thumb:

screwdriver and hammer, their is about 20 treads where people have asked same question just keep looking.

if they are that rusty then push them gently to fall off lol

Grind them off at the hinges and you can get to the pins easily to get them out.

Easiest way is to stop being so damned tight and buy a removal tool.

Knock the pin down with a center punch as far as you can only needs to be a little then put a blob of weld one the part of the pin you have knocked out. Then just hit it out with a flat balde screwdriver or drfit.

knock it out half way, put molegrips or pliers on it and bray them with a hammer and it comes out, worked for me.

I bought the proper tool and couldnt remove the door on my astra.
It ended up bending the metal drift bit that you use to remove the pin.

took me about 5mins to remove a door with the bonnet stay

I usaly use a pair of mole grips on the pin and TW@T it out lol

Bootlid pins work aswell
