Evening all been mooching about the forum for a while so thought I best introduce myself

15 hour round trip later and about 3 hours Sunday morning sorting spares out etc our eBay purchase is home and in the workshop ready to be pulled to bits :) had a little 'test' drive last night and have to say I was pleasantly suprised at how confident I felt in the car so quickly so should be able to push on a fair bit when the oppurtunity arises

Shell looks good, what engine does it have/is it having?

Copy and pasted from the eBay ad below but basically it's a standard ish 1600 GSI, probably do a few events in it then start looking at brakes and suspension then Ecotec on TB's and a decent box/diff but all dependant on cash and whether or not we actually keep this one for more than about 6 months for a change lol

Predator ??? dont have a clue about Nova's mate but big for my taste lol it can stay for now though

First thing on the list is a rear disc conversion me thinks, either Astra jobbies or MK4 golf
