I've had a pupil pass with a female examiner. He felt at ease as he wanted to nail her.:thumb: He passed, but went home alone.lol

no you fail if you don't shoulder check when you pull away

It would only be classed as a serious if there was something present in the blind spot before moving away and you hadn't checked it. Otherwise it goes against you as a minor for moving away safely.

After the Controlled Stop, you must check both the right and left blind spots as you are in your normal driving position rather than parked at the side.

Well done though, 1 minor is a tremendous achievement. Be proud of yourself and keep up that high standard of driving.:thumb:
