I have the abyss side skirts (M3 replicas). As for the front and rear bumpers, I'm not too keen on them.

i used to think that the abyss kit was the muts nuts, but i now know that there is better out there, lots of better kits, but it depends what style you are going for, jap, euro or plain british! lol

I have yet to see an aftermarket nova kit that i like..

Abyss kit is unbelieveably ugly (my opinion) and its fiberglass which i'm not a fan of!

Money being no object, there IS no BEST kit out there. Your best bet is to mix and match the kits available, OR use kits from other cars and have them cut and shut to fit, OR have one custom made (either from scratch, or just from 'modifying' existing kits).

As for the abyss kit, it IS as good as it looks. And it looks shite. In my opinion. (But then, so will my car when it's finished! )

Custom made is expensive to start with!

Also, most aftermarket kits are made outta fibreglass simply coz of the ease and the cheapness!

And has anyone seen the delta 2 or even new delta 3 kit!?

These are what you call NICE!

the abyss kit is dated and plain, need something more imaginative like the above or BAT motorsport!

Like the skirts onthe deltas but the back bumper looks too radical.

Nice yellow by the way... (I'm after yellow).

I agree with Marty, you can make your own bumper and get a company to make a one off. It can cost a bit but it'll be unique.

Get some car mags and flick through for ideas. If money is no object, mix and match/cut and shut. Aftermarket kits are mainly fibreglass and therefore can be adjusted using more fibreglass/filler etc to make a unique bumper.

Things like the kindom bumpers need work to make em fit (HUGE bumper)

You need to have an idea in yer head of what you want 1st otherwise your gonna want to suck yer brains out with frustration.

Yeah Ade, the sideys are mint!

CLOSE UP!

They are diff with each delta kit! Clever themes, like the delta 3 has round holes in the front bumper, rear and sides!

How would you go about fitting some like these!? Wouldnt mind getting some! Just see the GSI ones as much easier!

Been pondering that though meself m8???

Think they'll be some kind of clip fixing that comes with it (glued to the back of the skirt after it comes out the fibreglass mould) - either that or industrial double sided tape and rivetted from beneath

:o

Could someone please enlighten us!

I wouldnt mind fitting some diff sideskirts! Even novadose ones as they are diff to the Gsi/GTE ones!

what is involved!

I have seen abyss ones riveted on from the front (LOOKED CRAP)! Cowboy bodyshop!

Theres 2 astras that drive round near to where I live with the Delta kits on. I can't stand the rear bumpers. The front bumpers are better, but not to my taste.
