in friken desperate need of a compressor in cambidge area

hi im desperate for a compressor or comp adapter!! i have bought all the gear, sanded and prepped the car
go to the compressor and its god a weird adapter on the end, and the bore of the thread coming off the adaptor is to large for my air tube screw to go into? i need a reducer of some kind?!

can anyone help in my area !! PLEAASEE
