i would of said a t3 would be perfect. you should see 130bhp easy imo and that is what standard rs turbo's run

as i see it its not the size of the turbo its how much psi you run through it??? please correct if wrong

yes, a better built/stronger turbo will be able to run more psi, the reason for a bigger turbo would be because there isn't a smaller turbo that gets the psi you want, or the smaller turbo isn't strong enough, but you'd get more turbo lag

an example, on my other car the standard turbo kills itself at around 1.5bar, you can get a garret turbo thats smaller and can boost more, so even though its smaller, its better built, so can get a higher psi without dying, then the limit would be what it could boost to, if that limit is hit, you'd need a bigger turbo (unless more boost will kill the engine)
