Following on from this thread (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129777) Brodie came to see me today in his new GTE, and what a cracking little motor it is, it goes like a whippet on speed and sounds fantastic, and finally ive been out in it as i nearly bought it myself a year back but missed it

Looks smart that - but those harnesses arent safe anchoring onto a bolt in rear brace.

He is from up the coast towards brid, where abouts are you from bud, im west hull and have the lil white one seen in my avatar but im rocking my cav at the mo, there is a blue k plate XE with a carbon bonnet about and my mates H plate mk2 in blue, plus one or two others in hiding!

Im from beverley i used to have a red one with a 1.8 astra gte engine in was a nova sr .
Only ever really seen 2 novas around here a blue saloon and a white 5dr owned by an old lady

Ahh, would that be the one that got stolen and recovered and is now owned by macca on here?

The blue loon if its the one i think, belongs to a mate of sloths and has a GSi engine in it but has been left to rot as he got bored of it, but there are a few still around and still being loved though:thumb:

I think it would look better with the grey bits on the bottom of the bumpers and grey side skirts.

Yeah i was thinking that about the grey bits myself tbh chris, its very reminscent of yours and was telling him about when you took me for a spin, i need a silly big engine for mine again lol

It did have another cav slab in the boot as a spare but i couldnt screw it down and it used to bang about and do my head in that why it has that wheel as a spare, as said above about the grey bits at the bottom i am goin to have them sprayed just to break it up abit think there is too much silver it should break it up nicely.
Just wants a few bits and bobs doin but will get there with it in the end.

No worries brod, im pretty impressed by how well they came out, we mustve looked a bit special climbing up walls and stuff to get pictures lol

yeah they look spot on bud, yeah i know we prob did look abit weird but it was worth it for the picslol it took me ages to get out of hull it was real busy traffic :(

It took me a while brodie but i knew i had it, if you zoom in on the sicker on the rear window it says "no interior left in this vehicle overnight" lol

Yea but im normally in a corsa, had a red sri very clean
Looking to buy a nova within 1 hour so will see what happens with that

I will look out for you i am sometimes in beverly, only had the nova about 2months only normaly get it out on the weekend, i am normaly in a silver mk4 golf the rest of the time.
