1.6 turbo questions

im gonna build a 1.6 turbo. makeing the manifold fit a turbo isnt a problem but im not sure on anything else! im useing a C16SE out of an astra

can i take an oil feed from the sump to the turbo or is there enough pressure?

how to lower the compression? double up head gaskets?

what needs to be modified on the throttle body and inlet for it to work?

any help at all will be great. pics would help aswell.
