You are joking right !?
No its oil based and waterproof, and if i want theres a masssive container full of it i can use, which saves me buying underseal to do the whole car.
ive already done one wheelarch its on really thick and dried nice and shiny but then i was told by someone if it gets hot it can turn into a liquid and will go all over the tires and stuff...
btu i did some research and its only supposed to go into a liquid at about 500 degrees or something, but im not sure so im asking here, maybe someone has used it before i dont know ?
I'm fully aware of what Bitumen is thankyou !
Yes, it will fully change state into a liquid at some reasonably high temperature - 500c sounds about right. However it will go tacky/soft at temperatures you're likely to get on a hot day. Ever been on a flat roof in the sunshine ?
Then think about the floorplan surrounding your exhaust.
Fail. Bitumen for roofs; is a roofing product.

Yeah im not gonna use it, on a hot day with the heat coming off the tires also its gonna get tacky and stones and everything are gonna stick to it and that will be a fail. looks like ill borrow a gun and a tin of gravitex.
