Hi guys..

ive got to finish off my arches before the bodyshop will respray my nova, i also need to spray the panels in primer...

i have the compressor, airline, and the paint gun attatchments, i was wondering as ive been told different things by different people.

which primer do i need to use? also someone has told me i need to use thinners in the primer?

yes but if i have to spray it myself. ive heard 2pack paints are harder to use?

No they arnt. They are easy to use and mix and paint. Just get grey of white high build primer.

Well use High build/ Filler primer and then wet 800 it down with a block or your 4 fingers to make sure its smooth for paint.

Well use High build/ Filler primer and then wet 800 it down with a block or your 4 fingers to make sure its smooth for paint.

Best way, keep your fingers flat so you dont leave marks and job jobbed.

Or dry block with 320 then sand with 400/500 and wet flat in hard to sand places like groves etc
