4 blocks of rubber bolt the side of the bumper to the wing, and 2 bolts on each side of the other chassis leg pointing to the wheels right near the bumper
rear the same with the rubber things, and the bolts are inside the boot
just undo stuff untill the bumpers drop off

nick, front is awkward, n/s near the horn is a 13mm bolt, o/s its above the inner wing so need to get the headlamp out of the way (tbh its easier just taking both lamps out) then you have the 8mm self tappers holding the arch liner to the bumper, and some of those centre pin plastic rivet things (push the centre thru, lose it, pull the clip out) and the sides pull forwards then outwards.
rear has two clips on the front edge, where the wheel arch and bumper meet (i got rid of the clips and replaced with cable ties lol) and nuts in the boot, then i cant remember how the sides come out, just give it a damn good tug :d
edit-- buy yourself a haynes ffs!

Wrap rope around teh bumper, attach other end of rope to the loon and drive!
If you have rot issues on the loon forget what i said, the rear end will fall off before the cav bumper lol
