Best place, seeing as your a member, would be Beevers. As for doing the work, speak to a bodyshop and get a quote. Failing that have a look at a few WIP's off here. A few have done DIY jobs.

stan, ali in at dumfries motor factors sold them to me for 11quid each..

i done mine myself, got all the stuff. would offer to do it, but i am not a professional, although you cant tell my car has had arches.
