Rightio.

What are the indicator requirments for a Mk1 ?

Car is F Registered so not really that early. Ideally i'm wanting to run smooth wings without side repeaters; but i don't want any additions to the indicators on the front.

Only the mk2 curves round enough to be legal without indicators, very early mk1's never came with them though, what year is the car?

Nope. I don't want Side repeaters... Want to keep the standard headlamp/indicator unit on the front.

I.e Normal Mk1 without side repeaters on the wings.

Do you know any mot testers? Imo thats the only time it will matter, if police ask it came without and you didnt know but i doubt they will.

Even stick tempory ones on for the mot and remove them after.

May 86 onwards you are required to have them for mot.

If your on good terms with a mot tester he could overlook it tho.

Nope, fail on insecure mounting, even if it is taped.

As said, you'll need some form of side repeater. There's nothing that says it needs to be on the front wing mind...

You could smooth the wings and fit some indicators to the ends of your wing mirrors.
